Hearthside will occupy the bottom floor of a three-story building, with the other two floors housing condo units, according to the Courier Post. Dominic and Lindsay Piperno will live in one of the condos.

The new restaurant will have seating for 45 in the dining room, four at the counter, 10 at a family-style table just outside the kitchen, according to philly.com. More seating will be available outside, and there will be full-length windows to create "an open, city kind of feel - rustic yet romantic," as Lindsay Piperno described it.
