100 Steps Continues To Evolve Under Current Owner And Chef

Centennial Avenue restaurant offers a unique Cranford dining experience.

Andrea and Jim Carbine opened 100 Steps Supper Club + Raw Bar in December 2013, six years after creating A Toute Heure. Two years ago the Carbines sold both Centennial Avenue restaurants and Saad “Jack” Tagmouti bought the respected eatery. Tagmouti brought on an old colleague, Joe Beninato, as the executive chef and together they’ve brought their own ideas to 100 Steps. The two talked with Cranford Radio about their experiences and their plans to keep the restaurant fresh and progressive.
