Cranford Restaurant Raises Money For Breast Cancer Foundation
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Here's how one Cranford restaurant is giving back.

CRANFORD, NJ — October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and although it has nearly come to an end, one Cranford restaurant is still raising funds for the cause.
Ambeli Greek Taverna at Alden Street and Union Tavern N in Cranford's fundraiser runs from Monday through Sunday and benefits the Summit-based Overlook Foundation.
The restaurant is donating $5 per meal to the foundation when guests order a prix fixe meal that includes an appetizer, entree and desert, the restaurant said in a news release.

The restaurant will also match the amount raised in gift cards, which will be distributed to breast cancer patients at Overlook Hospital.
The prix fixe meal costs $30 and offers a choice of feta saganki, gigantes, pastitsio, moussaka, gyros and baklava, among other items. The full menu can be seen on the restaurant's website.

The fundraiser ends on Nov. 1.
