Cranford Water Main Break Fixed, Part Of Gallows Hill Was Closed
Police estimate that the utility work at Gallows Hill at Brookside will be finished by 4 p.m.

CRANFORD, NJ —Commuters in Cranford were asked to avoid the area of Gallows Hill Road near Brookside Avenue on Tuesday, and it was closed in both directions for utility work. Police said they expected the work to be cleared by 4 p.m.
Police also confirmed that a water main break that occurred on Monday morning, near South Avenue near Washington Place, has since been repaired. Traffic there is now moving normally.
