CRANFORD, NJ - A gas leak has caused an emergency closure of High Street Thursday afternoon, according to the Cranford Police Department.

According to authorities, the road is shut down between Walnut Avenue and High Street. The utility has been informed but motorists are being cautioned to avoid the area and expect delays.
