Holocaust Survivor Mollie Sperling Shares Her Memories
A dark time in the world's history is recounted by a woman who lived through it.
For the 8th time, Cranford will hold its Holocaust Day of Remembrance. This year's event will be Monday evening May 6 at Hillside Avenue School. The featured speaker will be Mollie Sperling. Mrs. Sperling, and her husband Henry, are both Holocaust survivors. They are member of Temple Beth El Mekor Chayim and are former Cranford residents.
In advance of Monday's event I had an opportunity to sit down with Mrs. Sperling in her home as she shared her memories of the Holocaust.
