“I have always considered the community as a part of my family and I am eager and passionate towards giving back to those who have helped shape the world around us, so this is our way of saying ‘Thank You’,” said co-owner Anthony Ajello, whose grandfather opened the first Pastosa location in Brooklyn over 50 years ago.

Pastosa Ravioli began as a family business and, as it continues to expand, remains a family-orientated business. Its Cranford location opened in 2014, while Florham Park recently opened in February 2017. Both locations are thrilled to be able to extend these offers to senior citizens and First Responders.
