Sausage Is Cranford's Pet Of The Week

CRANFORD, NJ — Meet Sausage! He has been chosen as Cranford's Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"I would like to nominate my cat Sausage as Pet of the Week. He is the best cat ever... very loving, extremely loyal and despite having a severe case of ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease for which he has to take a variety of medications for, he remains the best.

He has been through so much medically that its a miracle he's still around! Always happy, just happy to be alive! I can't stress how much he is loved by my whole family, life would definitely not be the same without Sausage!"

Do you think your pet should be Cranford's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Cranford Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.
