Two More Cranford Drive-In Movies Announced
Two more films were added, and already sold out.

CRANFORD, NJ — The first three evenings of socially distanced drive-in movies in Cranford — two showings of "Grease" and one of "Back to the Future" — sold out quickly, but township officials said not to give up. They then added "E.T." and Jurassic Park for the following weekend— but they were also sold out by Friday morning.
In a newsletter Monday evening, the Cranford Township Committee wrote: "Mayor Patrick Giblin and Township Administrator Jamie Cryan worked with township professionals from Police, Fire, and Recreation to assist the Cranford Movie Theater in finalizing plans for a very special entertainment experience at the Orange Avenue Pool parking lot. This summer, the Cranford Movie Theater will open a temporary Drive-In beginning Thursday with a showing of Grease."
They added, "Though this weekend's showings are sold out, continue to check the movie theater's website for upcoming showings."
