Bears Seen in North Brunswick Monday, Too

A bear was seen on Rt. 27, and another was seen on Adams Lane Monday, residents said.

North Brunswick, NJ - In addition to the mother bear and two baby bear cubs seen multiple times in South Brunswick on Monday, there have been several bear sightings in North Brunswick Township on Monday as well.

One bear sighting was reported on Rt. 27 in the township, and another was reported on Adams Lane, North Brunswick police said. Those sightings have not been confirmed by police, but multiple residents said they saw a bear and two cubs in Woodlot Park in South Brunswick Monday, as well.

If you see a bear in your neighborhood and there is no immediate danger, call the police non-emergency number 732-545-3200 to report your sighting. Call 911 if there is a life threatening danger of an attack of a human or another animal.
