And Burke advises patrons to “dress in your summer finest,” when visiting Orchard Terrace.
“It’s like a fine European garden and the owners have spared no expense outfitting the exceptional outdoor space with super deluxe furnishings and chic custom garden décor,” Burke said in a statement.
There are plans to add a pergola, but for now, the patio offers partial, protective covering and will be open according to the weather.
The Terrace menu, which is currently being developed, will be similar to Orchard Park’s with steaks, hamburgers, pizza, and roasted fish.
Burke will also add summer favorites like raw bar items, lobster rolls and main course salads “that spotlight New Jersey’s trifecta of legendary produce: peaches, corn and tomatoes.”
“We will feature some fun desserts too, such as ice cream pops, s’mores and sweets using fresh local fruits and berries,” Burke said.
And just like Orchard Park, Orchard Terrace offers midweek savings nights including Tuesday Burger Night, deluxe dry-aged prime burger with fries and a glass of wine or beer for $25; and Wednesday Date Night, three courses for $35.
Orchard Terrace opens from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday – Sunday, and Sunday a la carte brunch timings are 11 a.m. 3 p.m.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and the dress code is smart casual.
