Carey Tajfel, president TFE Properties, said most of the units at the CubeSmart are climate controlled “that’s generally considered a bonus at other locations.”

“We have 1100 units to offer. We are very grateful that so far the community has shown a major interest in the space that we have here. We are doing quite well in the 35 to 40 days that we are open,” he said.

The site is also home to The Clothing Center and Crunch Gym.
