East Brunswick Girls Soccer Beats South Brunswick In Overtime

East Brunswick beat their division rivals South Brunswick in overtime at yesterday's nail biting game.

The game went into overtime with the score deadlocked 1-1. The final goal was scored by Andrea Apostolescu, a senior at East Brunswick, less than two minutes into overtime.

South Brunswick scored first, nearly 36 minutes into the game.

Trailing by one, East Brunswick tied the game with a goal just seconds before halftime.

South Brunswick pays Old Bridge at home Sept 22 at 4 PM. East Brunswick takes on JP Stevens away on Sept 22 at 4:00 PM.
