East Brunswick Police: Car Drove Into Front Of Elementary School
Police are looking for a suspect who drove their vehicle into the front doors of the Bowne Munro Elementary School.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — East Brunswick Police said Tuesday they were looking for a suspect who drove their vehicle into the front doors of an elementary school. No one was injured.
Officers responded to the Bowne Munro Elementary School on Tuesday morning. Police said they found the main entrance to the school pushed in and many windows on the front door broken.
Police said surveillance video showed at approximately 4:30 a.m., a dark colored Jeep Liberty or an older model Jeep Commander entered the school parking lot and parked near the front entrance.

The vehicle waited for eight minutes and then began to leave. As it moved towards the exit, it stopped, reversed, lined up with the front door and drove into the school’s front door, said police.
The town's police department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the vehicle.
