East Brunswick Woman Recognized for Athletics and Scholarship

Courtney Donlon was a lacrosse standout at East Brunswick High School, and was captain of her college team.

East Brunswick, NJ - A reader wrote in to Patch to congratulate his daughter on her successful college career and graduation as a senior lacrosse player for Caldwell University.

Courtney Donlon is the first senior to graduate from the New Jersey university's lacrosse team.

Courtney is a proud graduate of the East Brunswick school system, which she attended from Pre-K to the time she graduated East Brunswick High School, where she played lacrosse all four years. She was recruited by Caldwell University to play girls' lacrosse on their newly formed team, and leaves as captain of the team.

At Caldwell, Courtney completed her four-year program in three years and is graduating with a Bachelor of Science as a Registered Nurse from Caldwell University. She is an honor student and was inducted into the Nursing Society.

Affiliations include Kappa Gama PI, Delta Epsilon Sigma, the Honor Society in Nursing and Sigma Theta Tua, International Nursing Society.
