Join the East Brunswick Collaborative Art Project

The East Brunswick Arts Commission and East Brunswick Public Library are teaming up for a collaborative art project at the library.

The East Brunswick Arts Commission and East Brunswick Public Library are teaming up for a collaborative art project at the library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) this September.

Community artists can decorate a three inch by three inch canvas square, as well as create a “Lovey Town” (small photograph cut-out) person. These projects will be on display throughout the month of October.

On Tuesday, September 4, the library has two drop in sessions for community members to participate. Teenagers (ages 13-17) can work on their collaborative art projects from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Adults can work on their project later that day (7:00 to 9:00 pm).

Children (ages 2 and up) can participate at a special program on Thursday, September 20 at 10:30 am.

The library will have additional “pop up” collaborative art project sessions. Check their website (www.ebpl.org) for details.
