
Robert Lester Crane died Oct. 8, at JFK Medical Center, Edison.  He was 77.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he resided in Spotswood for the past 45 years.
Prior to his retirement 12 years ago, he was a security guard at JFK Medical Center, Edison for 17 years.

He served in the US Navy during Peacetime.
He was a former communicant of Immaculate Conception RC Church, Spotswood, and was a member of the Spotswood Knights of Columbus.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Carol Belford Crane in 1982.
Surviving are his wife, Susan Blouch Crane; a son, Steven of Bridgewater; a daughter, Nancy Jackson of North Brunswick; a step daughter, Laura Blouch of Spotswood;Â seven grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
Relatives and friends may call at the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick on Monday, October 14, 2013 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Cremation was private.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2600 Route 1, North Brunswick, NJ  08902. Â
