Orchard Park, East Brunswick Has a Mother’s Day Surprise

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Chef David Burke has a surprise for Mother’s Day, this year.

Burke will host a prix fixe two-course brunch on May 9 at Orchard Park. The brunch will include a complimentary glass of champagne served from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Visitors can also opt for an a la carte dinner, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

There are plenty to choose from. Appetizers include Tuna Tartare with soy- ginger, avocado, potato crisps; David Burke’s Pastrami Salmon Avocado Toast on wheat toast with petite greens and his signature Clothesline Bacon with black pepper and maple glaze, among selections.

For the main courses, there’s whole egg frittata with spinach, mushroom peppers, muenster cheese, petite salad; Titanic French Toast with berries, mascarpone, cigarettes wafers, maple butter; Slow Roasted Prime Rib and horseradish cream; Surf and Turf petite filet mignon, lobster dumplings and more.

There's also an Orchard Kids menu available.

Orchard Park is located in the new Chateau Grande Hotel, inside the 15-acre campus of Park Chateau Estate and Gardens, East Brunswick.
