See How East Brunswick Paid Principals, Administrators in 2020

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Principals and administrators in the East Brunswick School District are paid more than the median statewide salary, according to recent state data for the 2020-21 school year.

After delays caused by the pandemic, New Jersey recently released new information that shows how much your school district budgeted to pay principals, superintendents and administrators in 2020.

The median statewide salary is $128,052. East Brunswick pays its principals and administrators $146,833, which comes in at 55th place statewide.

In Middlesex County, Old Bridge Township principals and administrators are paid the most —$155,243, while the Greater Brunswick Charter School pays the least - $101,623.

Patch put together a list of the median salaries set before the 2020-21 school year for all Middlesex County towns.

The above information is part of the state Department of Education's Taxpayer's Guide to Education Spending, which shows the median salary in every school district.

In addition to median salaries, the state's site also shows each district's total spending, average daily enrollment and students from sending districts, the per-pupil costs and the district's total budget spending for 2020.
