YMCA instructional sports classes - register today!

Registration is now open for the Raritan Valley YMCA youth sports and fitness classes which begin on March 3rd. Popular sports instruction classes include soccer, flag football, baseball training skills, basketball, karate, tennis, and fitness training. View details at www.raritanvalleyymca.org.

Teens are eligible membership to the Y gym for basketball, weights and cardio work-outs. Execrcise classes such as spinning, Zumba, and yoga are also included for teens. Family memberships are available for $62.50 per month and include adult classes and 1 youth sports instructional class per session, per child.

There are a limited number of swim class openings for the session beginning March 1st. Lessons are held at the Cook/Douglas Rec Facility on Sunday mornings.
