Area Residents Graduate Quinnipiac U.

HAMDEN, CT -- The following area residents received a degree from Quinnipiac University during a commencement ceremony held May 12 at the TD Bank Sports Center. Denise D'Ascenzo, WFSB-TV, Channel 3 anchor and award-winning broadcast journalist, addressed the 747 graduated and received an honorary degree.

The graduates from the area are:

• Alicia Capparucci of East Hanover, NJ, Master of Business Administration
• Gia Infantolino of Florham Park, NJ, Master of Business Administration

Quinnipiac is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian institution located 90 minutes north of New York City and two hours from Boston. The university enrolls 6,200 full-time undergraduate and 2,300 graduate students in 58 undergraduate and more than 20 graduate programs of study in its School of Business and Engineering, School of Communications, School of Education, School of Health Sciences, School of Law, Frank H.
