COVID19 Vaccine Clinic 4/16/2021

The Pequannock Health Department, in partnership with Walmart, will be conducting another community COVID vaccination clinic at Our Lady of Good Counsel (school building), 155 West Parkway, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 on Friday, April 16th, from 8am to 4pm. This clinic is available to anyone who is now eligible to receive vaccine, regardless of age.

Appointments are required. There is a limit of 500 appointments for this clinic. The phone number that is required to be used to make appointments is provided on the below flyer, along with other important pieces of information. The vaccine to be administered will be the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. At this time, this vaccine only requires one shot in order to be considered fully vaccinated.
