Construction Starts for Upscale Hanover Twp. Residential Community

Woodmont Properties of Fairfield announced Wednesday that construction is underway for a new luxury apartment community in Hanover Township.

Woodmont Knolls at Hanover is expected to start pre-leasing this fall, according to a company statement. 

The upscale, 15-acre community off Cedar Knolls Road had a groundbreaking last month. Once finished, its plan calls for 126 luxury one- and two-bedroom flats and carriage homes that will be surrounded by a private, natural wooded environment that abuts the Whippany River.

“We built Woodmont Knolls at Hanover to meet the growing demand for luxurious suburban rental homes in this highly desirable neighborhood that provides easy access to mass transportation and New Jersey’s convenient roads and highways,” said Lewis Zlotnick,Woodmont Properties' president. “With every community, we aim to provide residents a carefree comfortable lifestyle with upscale amenities, professional service and a convenient location and Woodmont Knolls in no exception.”

The grounds will offer views of the Whippany River and direct access to the Patriots Path recreational trail. Other community amenities include a clubhouse equipped with a swimming pool, a fitness center, sports bar, a game room with video games and pool tables and a business center.
