East Hanover Man Admits Exposing Himself to Child

Kenneth Lull, 48, was previously convicted of another child endangerment charge and has been jailed since 2008.

An East Hanover man previously convicted of child endangerment pleaded guilty Wednesday to exposing himself to another child on several occasions when she was between the ages of 4 and 6.

Kenneth Lull, 48, who has been in jail since 2008, received a three-year suspended sentence under the plea agreement, according to NJ.com. Lull will remain jailed until at least Sept. 26 when he is scheduled for sentencing and will have to follow Megan’s Law guidelines for the remainder of his life, the report said.

Lull was originally charged in 2012 with first-degree aggravated sexual assault after the victim told authorities Lull sexually touched her. However, Lull pleaded guilty to a reduced third-degree child endangerment charge, only admitting he exposed himself, under the plea agreement, according to the report.
