Florham Park PBA's No Shave November Nets Over $12K in Donations (PHOTOS)

PBA Local 78 said it raised the ninth-highest amount in the country.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J.– Florham Park PBA 78 said it raised over $12,000 during No Shave November – the ninth highest total in the country as of Wednesday.

The participating officers went to Cathy D's Hair Design to have their beards shaved.

According to its website, No-Shave November is a web-based, non-profit organization devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds to support cancer prevention, research, and education.

Since its inception, the campaign has raised over $3.5 million, according to the website.
