General Election November 3, 2020
The General Election in NJ will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Via Executive order of Governor Murphy, the Election will be held via mail-in ballots. By State Statute ballots must be mailed out to voters by October 5, 2020. If you do not receive a ballot, you may check your status below or you can contact the County Clerk’s office at 973-285-6120 for further questions.

Below is information on the vote my mail process. Please note that if you go to the Polling Location for Florham Park, which is the Florham Park Community Center, you will not be able to vote on a machine unless you are blind or severely disabled and cannot write. The ballot will be read to you via a special ADA headset. If you are not blind or severely disabled and go to the Polling location to vote, you will be given a paper or “provisional” ballot to fill out. Below is informaton on the Vote-By-Mail Process.

Do you Need to Check Your Ballot Status?
Want to check the status of your mail-in ballot? Follow these steps:
- First, make sure you are registered to vote. (https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/registration-check)
- Next, sign up for an NJ Department of Elections public access account. (https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/auth/sign-in)
- Once you’re logged in, click on the “Mail-in Ballot” button. Your entire history of mail-in ballots will be listed here – if your ballot hasn’t been received yet, it won’t be listed.

Residents of the State of New Jersey Can Now Register to Vote Online by following the link below. Please note the deadline is October 13, 2020.

Ballot Box Locations for Morris County:
There are 15 boxes in Morris County to drop-off your ballots. The boxes resemble mail boxes but are painted red, white and blue.
The display the words “Morris County – Official Ballot Drop Box.” will be printed on them. The boxes are under 24 hour surveillance & are picked up by the Board of Elections.
