Here's What The Average East Hanover School Administrator Makes

EAST HANOVER/FLORHAM PARK, NJ —The state has released information showing how much school districts budgeted for the salaries of principals, superintendents, and administrators in 2019.

For the East Hanover Public School District, the median salary is $142,966 the 62nd highest in New Jersey. The 2.71 percent salary increase ranked as the 240th highest year-over-year change in New Jersey.

In Florham Park, the median salary is $136,449, the 107th highest in New Jersey. The 2.5 percent increase was the 269th highest change in New Jersey.

The median statewide salary is $125,207, a 1 percent increase over 2018.

The information is part of the state Department of Education's Taxpayer's Guide to Education Spending, which shows the median salary for every New Jersey school district.

In addition to median salaries, the site also shows each district's total spending, average daily enrollment and students from sending districts, the per-pupil costs and the district's total budget spending for 2019.
