Hospital Scuffle Ends In Florham Park Man's Arrest
Police say the man was drunk at the time of the incident.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A Florham Park man was arrested outside Hackettstown Hospital Friday night after getting into a fight with a police officer, Hackettstown Police said.
Daniel Dausch, 28, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, refusal to submit to a breath test, careless driving disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following the incident at the Hackettstown Hospital emergency department.
According to police, Dausch was "disorderly" inside the emergency department. He allegedly became irritated when police officers asked him to wait in the emergency department waiting room, and left the hospital. Police say Dausch continued to "act disorderly" outside the hospital.

When police tried to arrest Dausch, he allegedly began a fight with one of the officer. At this time, police say they learned Dausch drove himself to the hospital while drunk. He was arrested and charged, and released pending a court date.
