Knife-Wielding Man Robs Local Gas Station, Report Says

East Hanover station second in the area to be robbed recently.

An East Hanover gas station was held up by a man armed with a knife at about 3 p.m. Monday.

There was no description of the man who robbed the gas station, according to NJ.com, and the amount of money stolen from the station is still undetermined.

This is the second gas station in the area to be held up in this manner. A knife-wielding man also stole $655 from a gas station in Hanover Monday.

That man, NJ.com reported, was about 5 ft. 6 in. tall, weighed about 170 pounds and wore a blue hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and jeans.

The man fled the Eagle Rock Avenue gas station in a van without license plates. The man who robbed the Hanover gas station left in a van with tape over the license plates.
