Man 'Inappropriately Touched' New Coworker: Florham Park Police
Police say the man "inappropriately touched" a new coworker.
FLORHAM PARK, NJ — A Rockaway man is accused of sexually assaulting a new coworker late last month, Florham Park police said.
Victor Hernandez, 29, from Rockaway, was arrested following the alleged Aug. 27 incident, police said. Police say a woman reported that she was "inappropriately touched" by a coworker when she was starting a new job at a local business.
Police did not name the business; they did not provide further information on the alleged touching.

Hernandez was arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact. He was released from police custody with an upcoming Morris County Superior Court Date.
