Police Seek Stolen BMW, Alleged Accomplice Faces Drug Charge
Georgia man is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail with no 10 percent option.

Florham Park Police are investigating the Sunday night theft of a 2011 BMW 740 Series from an Annabelle Lane driveway, but managed to arrest an alleged accomplice.
Police received a call from an Annabelle Lane resident who said his BMW was taken and was being followed by a dark colored SUV, NJ.com reported. Officers caught up with both vehicles and tried to pull them over, but the SUV pulled over as the BMW zoomed away, the article said.
Franklin Lee Aiken Jr., 31, of Hinesville, Ga., was identified as the SUV driver and police said he had 91 Oxycontin pills. The man was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute and possession in a motor vehicle. He is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
