Real Housewife Cast Member Opens New East Hanover Restaurant

EAST HANOVER, NJ — A new Italian restaurant in East Hanover is making headlines for more than just its pizza. Gorga’s Homemade Pasta & Pizza is owned by Joe Gorga of Real Housewives Of New Jersey fame, alongside his wife Melissa and sister, Teresa Giudice.

The restaurant, on Route 10 in East Hanover, serves classic Italian fare, including pizza, paninis, pastas and more (you can see a full menu here). Prices range from $9 for a salad to $24 for skirt steak; most options are around $16. It officially opened for business on Friday, May 19.

Beginning in June, jarred sauces will be available for purchase. The restaurant plans to sell Gorga's Homemade Sauce in marinara, vodka, and garlic and oil. According to their website, they also plan to sell pasta in the future.

Gorga’s Homemade Pasta & Pizza is located at 360 Route 10 in East Hanover. It is open from 12-10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 12-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12-9 p.m. on Sunday. It is closed on Monday. For more information, visit their website here.
