Retro Fitness Brings New Workout Concept to Florham Park
Area residents are invited to drop by the new gym—slated to open officially next month—to check out its Preview Center and sign up for a reduced-rate membership .

A new fitness concept is coming to Florham Park. Retro Fitness, known for offering high-energy workouts to members, is slated to open its newest Jersey branch at 184 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, inside the Crescent Center.
“Retro Fitness amplifies what everyone loves about working out and integrates it into a friendly, non-intimidating gym atmosphere with unparalleled customer service,” said Lorenzo Dibari, co-owner of the new Retro Fitness Florham Park. “Members can change their life for less than 75 cents a day—you can’t beat that price with our amenities.”
Dibari said the amenities are numerous. Retro Fitness of Florham Park will feature a nearly 12,750 square-foot facility with a full collection of the industry's leading, top-of-the-line strength equipment and cardio machines, complete with individual flat-screen television sets.

The gym will offer a variety of live classes, including spin, Zumba, group fitness classes and circuit training and other options. Members can also work up a sweat in the popular cardio movie theatre that houses a variety of cardio equipment instead of seats and plays movies on a gigantic screen throughout the day. In addition, members can enjoy one-on-one personal training, virtual fitness classes, full-service locker rooms, child care, the latest in tanning technology and a Retro Blends juice bar, all within what Dibari calls an exciting and energetic social atmosphere.
Retro Fitness Florham Park will also offer members a free mobile app which gives them a multitude of digital health and fitness resources in one place. From tracking workouts and demonstrating proper fitness techniques to inspirational push notifications and fresh monthly educational content, Dibari said the app is intended to be a workout companion that helps keep members motivated and on track toward reaching their fitness goals. The constantly evolving app even allows members to order a smoothie from the Retro Blends juice bar and schedule personal training appointments.
