Smashburger Offers Free Burgers to NJ Olympians
Burger chain shows appreciation for state athletes who competed in London.

Smashburger is thanking New Jersey Olympians by offering the local athletes free burgers at the 10 locations across the northern part of the state.
The fastest growing "better burger" chain is offering free Smashburgers for life to U.S. Women's swimmer and mult-world record holder Rebecca Soni, of Plainsboro. Soni receives this award for setting multiple records in London.
The restaurant is also awarding free burgers for the next four years to the state athletes who won a medal, including wrestler Jordan Burroughs, of Sicklerville, swimmer Cullen Jones, of Irvington, shooter Matt Emmons, of Brown Mills, women's basketball player Asjha Jones, of Piscataway, and local U.S. Women’s Soccer Team members Tobin Heath, of Basking Ridge, Carli Lloyd, of Delran, Heather O’Reilly, of East Brunswick, and Christie Rampone, of Point Pleasant. Additionally, in recognition of their smashing performances, all other N.J. athletes who participated in London will receive free Smashburgers for one calendar year.

Smashburger will give other athletes in New Jersey who competed in the games free burgers for one year. These athletes are fencer Dagmara Wozniak, of Avenel, field hockey members Rachel Dawson, of Berlin, and Michelle Vittese, of Cherry Hill, rower Steve Kasprzyk, of Cinnaminson, tennis player Christina McHale, of Englewood Cliffs, swimmer Connor Jaeger, of Fair Haven, gymnast Steven Gluckstein, of Highlands, track and field athletes Julie Culley, of Lenanon, and Jeff Porter, of Somerset, and fencer Maya Lawrence, of Teaneck.
The offer is valid for redemption at Smashburger’s 10 store locations throughout Northern New Jersey.

Three out of the 10 locations are local, in Morris Plains on Route 10 East, in East Hanover off Route 10 West and in Florham Park off Columbia Turnpike.
