Tax Refunds, Bond Notes Up for Approval Monday
The East Hanover Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday.

The East Hanover Council will vote on a resolution refunding overpayment of taxes from the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey when they meet Monday.
The agenda for the meeting does not specify how much money the Shakespeare Theatre overpaid to East Hanover.
Another resolution up for approval Monday will allow several bond ordinances t be combined for sale, and for a bond anticipation note to be issued for no more than $4,792,655.
There are no ordinances up for final approval Monday, but two ordinances will be introduced: One refunding a bond ordinance in the amount of $1,815,000 to provide money for the town to refund tax payments as necessary.
A second ordinance will amend and supplement fees and licenses for the East Hanover Police Department.
Neither ordinance was available before the meeting.
