Transwestern Named No. 1 Best Place to Work in New Jersey
Commercial Real Estate Firm Earns a Top Spot for Sixth Year on Esteemed List

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been named the No. 1 Best Place to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ in its large companies category. The award marks the second time Transwestern has earned the No. 1 spot, having landed the honor in 2014. This is the sixth time the commercial real estate firm has been recognized with a top position on the list, ranking No. 2 four consecutive years.
Transwestern’s dedication to its people, commitment to sustainability, unique corporate culture, incentive program, wellness initiatives and career development portal all contributed to the top ranking.
“As we near a decade of opening in New Jersey, I am extremely proud of the fantastic team and culture we have built,” said James Postell, Partner and City Leader at Transwestern. “This award is a true testament to our people-first approach, which has driven our success and growth over the years. We believe this truly is a great place to work, and we are steadfast in our commitment to fostering collaboration, thinking beyond the obvious and providing the very best client service.”

In 2018, Transwestern relocated its New Jersey headquarters to 180 Park Ave. in Florham Park, where the firm is currently overseeing leasing and property management services, along with a comprehensive repositioning campaign. Since the opening of its New Jersey office in 2011, Transwestern has maintained a strong presence in the market and has also led the leasing, property and project/construction management for several significant projects, including the successful transformation of 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany into a first-class, multi-tenant office facility.
“We believe that being a best place to work makes us the best place to do business, and our team members prove it by going above and beyond to deliver a higher level of personalized service,” said Lisa Addeo, Director of Operations at Transwestern’s New Jersey office. “We genuinely view each individual as a member of the Transwestern family. As such, we strive every day to show our team members how grateful we are for their contributions, success and hard work.”

Earlier this year, Transwestern was also recognized nationally as one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune magazine, a distinction it earned for the fourth time.
