Board of Education will also discuss other possible renovations to sports complexes.

Plans for renovating the athletic complexes at both schools in the Hanover Park Regional High School District are in their preliminary stages.
At Thursday's board of education meeting, the plans, which include putting in an artificial turf field at both schools, will be discussed among board members after a presentation from an architect from Feitlowitz & Kosten Architects.
An architect from the Oakland-based firm laid out preliminary plans last month for the district, although nothing was decided on. On Thursday, the architect will show the complexes and explain the costs.

While both high schools are looking to put in a multi-purpose artificial turf field that would allow students to play several sports including football, lacrosse, field hockey and soccer, other plans were presented last month including replacing bleachers, lights on the field and locker rooms.
Superintendent Carol Grossi said the costs for the redevelopment plans will be discussed Thursday night. At the meeting, the board will either decide on which plans they want to include, or will decide they need more time to consider them.
