Woman, 71, Crashes Car Into Starbucks

Florham Park Police said the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

A 71-year-old woman crashed through the store window of the Columbia Turnpike Starbucks on Monday, according to police.

Florham Park Police responded to the Starbucks at 1:24 p.m., Capt. Robert Treiber of the Florham Park Police Department said.

The driver, an unidentified woman from Reistertown, Md., was visibly upset but refused medical treatment, according to Treiber.

The woman's car was the only one involved, and the cause is still under investigation.

Treiber said the Florham Park First Aid Squad also responded to the scene.
