2 Concerts, Fireworks To Highlight East Windsor Independence Day Celebration

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — East Windsor’s Independence Day celebration is set for Saturday, July 1, at Etra Lake Park. Jerry Rife's Rhythm Kings Dixieland Jazz Band, a six-piece band from the Delaware Valley area best known for its traditional jazz sound, will perform at 6 p.m.

The Trenton Brass Quintet Plus One, a 6 piece ensemble from Central Jersey will perform "Americana" and a variety of popular melodies at 7:30 p.m.

The night will be capped by a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. Residents are invited to bring their blankets and chairs and use the barbecue grills for a night of free fun. There also will be vendors present selling refreshments.
