Baguette Bistro Brings Vietnamese Cuisine To East Windsor

Baguette Bistro Restaurant is now open in Town Center Plaza on Route 130 North in East Windsor.

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — Baguette Bistro Restaurant is now open in Town Center Plaza on Route 130 North in East Windsor. The restaurant opened between The Max Challenge and GNC and offers Vietnamese fusion cuisine.

The 2,500 square-foot restaurant offers a variety of beef noodle soups, fresh baked baguette sandwiches, Vietnamese vermicelli and rice dishes, and beverages such as fruit tea, bubble milk, and Vietnamese coffee.

“Baguette Bistro Restaurant joins a growing list of diverse food establishments that offer a wide range of local eating options,” East Windsor Mayor Janice S. Mironov said. “A family business, Vi and Rosa Trieu are sharing their personal knowledge and appreciation of the unique flavors of Vietnamese food with our community adding to the rich culture here in East Windsor.”

Mironov attended the grand opening, along with Deputy Mayor John Zoller, Council Members Perry Shapiro and Peter Yeager, and restaurant owners Vi Trieu and Rosa Trieu.
