Cranbury
The Cranbury Historic Preservation Commission is meeting on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
The Cranbury Zoning Board meeting, originally scheduled for Wednesday, has been moved to Aug. 21.Â
National Night Out
East Windsor, Hightstown and Cranbury are all participating in National Night Out this year. The 30th annual National Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday.Â
East Windsor festivities will be taking place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at East Windsor PAL Complex on 30 Airport Road. There will be child identification cards, canine drug detection demonstrations, police, fire, and rescue displays, child safety seat inspections and American Red Cross demonstrations There will also be a moon bounce, face painting, rock climbing wall, music, refreshments and representatives from New Jersey 101.5.Â
The Hightstown National Night Out event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Main Street parking lot next to Tavern on the Lake. Along with rescue demonstrations, residents are invited to come by and enjoy free food, games, rides, live music, family activities and more.Â
This is the first year that Cranbury is participating in National Night Out and the event will take place in Village Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will include a dunk tank. moon bounces, car show, and music played by DJ Reggie.Â
Entertainment
Charles Laurita will be performing at Association Park in Hightstown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday as a part of the Hightstown Summer Concert Series.Â
