Hurricane Irene Relief Benefit Buffet Dinner

There will be live music and a dinner buffet with 20 percent of the proceeds donated to the Downtown Hightstown Inc. Relief Effort.

The menu will include:

• Soup - Wild Mushroom Bisque or Chilled roasted red pepper
• Salads – House, Caesar, Pasta & tomato mozzarella and onion salads
• Grilled Chicken with tomato mushroom ragout
• Chipotle BBQ Pork Loin with grilled corn & tomato cilantro salsa
• Grilled Salmon with dill buerre blanc
• Grilled herb potatoes, penne pasta with tomato basil cream sauce, rice pilaf and vegetable medley

Fernando's Grille will also be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a limited grill, wrap and salad menu.
