Friends of Hickory Corner Library Book Sale Kicks Off this Week

Veteran’s DayÂ
Monday is Veteran’s Day and government offices and all schools will be closed. There will also be no mail delivery today. Veteran’s Day was established by President Woodrow Wilson in 1919 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day, the day when the fighting in World War I ended.Â

East Windsor
- The East Windsor Mayor and Council is meeting at the East Windsor Municipal Building at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.Â

Friends of the Hickory Corner Library Book SaleÂ
The Friends of the Hickory Corner Library is having a book sale beginning on Thursday at 4 p.m. for members only and then the sale will be open to the public from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The sale will also take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a bag sale on Sunday - all the books you can fit in a bag for $4!
