1. Weather: Today will be mostly cloudy with a high temperature around 69 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. There will be a 20 percent chance of rain showers after 1 p.m. Tonight will be cloudy with the low dropping to about 61. 

2. Happy Halloween:  Halloween originates from the ancient Celtic festival called Samhain, which was a celebration of the end of harvest season and the welcoming of the winter season.
