Little Free Library opens in East Windsor, NJ Neighborhood
One book can change how you view the world.

A new Little Free Library has opened near the corner of Sutton Place and Debbie Lane - joining the movement to share books, bring people together and create communities of readers. Little Free Libraries are a global phenomenon. The small, front‐yard book exchanges number 36,000 around the world in 70 countries — from Iceland to Tasmania to Pakistan.
“Books are so transformative,” says Lori Dolnick, steward of the Sutton Place Little Free Library. “One book can change how you view the world. You can learn how to cook or you can have an adventure without even leaving your favorite chair. Little libraries are so new that I think people don’t realize they can just open the box and take a book. It’s counterintuitive that you can take something for free that has such value. Our payment is knowing that the books we love will enjoy a second life.”
“Our most popular books so far are recipe books and workout books. We have everything from young adult fiction to science fiction and we invite our neighbors to share their favorite stories or to take one of ours,” concludes Dolnick.
