National Tree Company Opens New Facility In East Windsor
The company will be consolidating three of its New Jersey warehouses into one large warehouse in East Windsor.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — National Tree Company, an importer and wholesaler of artificial Christmas trees and Holiday decorations, recently opened a new facility in East Windsor. The company will be consolidating three of its New Jersey warehouses into one large warehouse here in East Windsor.
The company will occupy a 608,442 square foot building at 150 Milford Road, later this month.
East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov said the opening of the new facility will generate “up to 150 to 200 new jobs,” at a time when “local jobs are especially valued.”

"Their decision to relocate to East Windsor, especially in this difficult financial atmosphere, exhibits a strong confidence in the attractiveness and economic vitality of East Windsor for business,” Mironov said in a statement.
National Tree Company also has an e-commerce presence, fulfilling orders from its warehouse, and selling products to major retailers including Wayfair, Target, Macy’s, Home Depot and Lowes.

The new facility is located just minutes away from the New Jersey Turnpike and major transportation networks.
“This property at 150 Milford Road presented the opportunity for us to consolidate our three smaller New Jersey warehouse locations into one in East Windsor,” said Don Kelley, Chief Executive Officer at National Tree Company. “This is a critical move in allowing us to expand our operations with improved efficiency.”
The facility at Milford Road was recently was purchased by Dermody Properties, a national private equity real estate investment, development and company.
The 608,443 square foot facility has been enhanced with upgrades to the sprinkler system, new LED warehouse lighting and a repaved truck area, in anticipation of National Tree Company occupying the space this month.
“We worked collaboratively with East Windsor Township to upgrade and improve the building’s functionality, making it ideal for this customer’s robust operations that will serve its national customer base,” said Gene Preston, East Region Partner at Dermody Properties.
