Police: Wax Fold of Heroin Found in East Windsor Car

The car was pulled over for having an obstructed license plate.

A Plainsboro man was arrested by East Windsor police for allegedly being in possession of a wax fold of heroin. Police pulled over a black ford on Dutch Neck Road for having an obstructed license plate at around 11 a.m. on Monday. 

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Gregory Hoffman, 23, of Plainsboro. Ptl. Michael Grecco saw a wax paper fold containing heroin on the floor of the car during an investigation, according to a police report. 

Hoffman was also driving with an expired registration, police said. He was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, unclear plates, suspended registration, uninsured vehicle, possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, and unregistered vehicle.
