West Windsor Man Killed In Trenton Shooting
Khalil Gibbs, 25, of West Windsor was struck in the torso in Monday night's shooting in Trenton.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — One person was killed and another injured in a shooting that occurred on Monday night in Trenton, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said.
Khalil Gibbs, 25, of West Windsor, was struck in the torso and pronounced dead a few hours later and a 20-year-old resident of Trenton, was shot in the face and remains hospitalized, authorities said.
At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Trenton police responded to 110 Sanhican Drive on reports that two people were shot, authorities said.

According to authorities, Gibbs and the Trenton resident were found shot out front of the store. Both were taken to the hospital.
The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Shooting Response Team are investigating the shooting the prosecutor’s office said.
