ENGLEWOOD, NJ - One of New Jersey’s most expensive real estate listings remains unsold months after it was first put on the market.

The 32-room Englewood room owned by superstar singer Alicia Keys is listed for $14.9 million. 

The 5-acre compound includes two lots and is located in the prestigious East Hill estate section of Englewood.

The 25,000-square-foot, newly-renovated mansion features a new art gallery wing, move theater, indoor pool pavilion, two-lane bowling alley, a professional music recording studio, two elevators, a carriage house with a gym, and a five-car garage.

The property last sold in April 2013 for more than $10.4 million, according to Zillow, a real estate listing website.

The annual property taxes on the property are approximately $230,000, according to Zillow.
