Bergen County Light Rail System for Englewood Tops Huttle's 2014 Agenda
At the municipal reorganization meeting Tuesday, the mayor listed five key goals he wants to tackle for the city in 2014.

The creation of a light rail system with Englewood on the line was part of the ambitious agenda Mayor Frank Huttle detailed at the city's reorganization meeting Tuesday.
Huttle told the council and audience that a new master plan, redevelopment of sites such as the old firehouse, creation of public spaces and further community togetherness - such as with his 'Englewood One' website - topped his wish list of what he wants to get done in 2014, according to a NorthJersey.com story.
The mayor also said he wants to get a handle on the municipal budget by decreasing spending and increasing services, and that revitalizing the city's downtown is key to making that happen, NorthJersey.com reported. Huttle said the city government had "applied the fiscal discipline of the business world to the functioning of government, and it is working.”
